Welcome on in! This stylish & trendy RV home has everything you need while staying in Vegas. Peaceful and spacious, it will provide the much needed rest you'll need after a long day in the city. Being centrally located means you'll be where you need to be in no time. Downtown, the Arts District, the Strip, and the LVCC are less than a 15 min drive. There is also a number of shopping centers just within a short drive including grocery stores, department stores, and clothing options. The space --This is NOT an event or a party unit-- --The max occupancy at anytime is 2. Make sure you get an accurate count of who will be staying, as only 2 are allowed at all times-- Welcome on in to the Groove! Our converted RV home is trendy, chic and ready for you to relax and unwind after a long day in the city. Walk in the front door to a comfy seating area and TV. TV is logged in to Netflix only (we do not have cable service). Kitchen is fully stocked with the essentials. Coffee, cream, and sugar are provided. Dining area has plenty of seating and is super retro! Huge king bed at end of hallway. Full bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Mini split in unit for personal AC/Heating comfort. The outside area is an oasis! Cozy up and enjoy the starlit sky while next to the propane fire pit. Cool off in our stock tank pool especially during those hot summer months. BBQ grill w/ propane tank are provided. Please see other details to note section regarding propane tanks. Other things to note Unit is completely separated by fence from main home on same lot. It has its own entrance and parking. The grill is propane, feel free to use as needed. If empty, there are various convenience/grocery stores in the area where you can refill. Just send us a picture of the receipt for a reimbursement.
