Spacious 3 bedroom ranch home with large back deck overlooking a pond on lower part of the property. Feels like you are in the mountains while being in city limits. 8 miles to downtown Hickory and 30 miles from Blowing Rock / Blue Ridge Parkway. Other things to note After 4 guests there is a charge for additional guests. Guests must be noted. There is an isolated basement storage area where I occasionally have to access for equipment/tools. It has a separate access door so we wont disturb guests.
