Family-friendly walk to lake/town

Recently renovated 1907 American Four Square with a large front porch w/porch swing, screened in back porch and a big back yard with a tree swing. Sunny, open floor plan complete with dining room that seats 12 guests, a fireplace and office with window seat. Three bedrooms: One king bed, One queen bedroom & one full bedroom. Full attic playroom features two Fold out Queen sofa beds & an X-box for the kids private hangout. Guest access Access to the entire house including a sleeping/gaming (X-Box) loft space that is complete with two spring mattresses sofas that fold down into very comfortable beds. Other things to note We have two dogs and two cats, so all guests must be comfortable and responsible and be loving room mates to our animals.
