The space No Boundaries Estate As you enter, the stunning common area will capture your attention with its beauty and elegance, featuring high-end furnishings and tasteful décor. The three full-size couches are arranged perfectly in front of the gas-burning fireplace, creating an inviting atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. After a long day of exploring the area, you can sink into one of the plush couches and feel the stress of the day melt away, or relax in our new 6 person hot tub. You'll love the warm glow of the fire and the soothing ambiance of the space, which is designed to help you relax and unwind. If you're in the mood for some entertainment, head down to the finished basement, where you'll find an impressive array of games to choose from. Whether you're a pool shark, a ping pong pro, or a foosball fanatic, you'll find plenty of options to keep you entertained. And if you prefer to simply sit back and relax, the comfortable couch and large TV will provide the perfect backdrop for an evening of binge-watching your favorite shows. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with its high-end stainless-steel appliances, including a large 2-door fridge, a Keurig machine with k-cups included, a microwave, a toaster, a food processor, a mixer, and all the necessary cooking equipment. You'll love the convenience of having everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and the spacious island with extra seating is perfect for casual dining or socializing with friends and family. When it's time to rest, you can choose from one of our 5 bedrooms, each designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. With 4 full bathrooms throughout the house, you can rest easy knowing that there will always be a bathroom available when you need it. Outside, the home sits on 82 acres of wooded land at the end of a 1/2-mile-long driveway, which provides ultimate privacy. The large deck is the perfect spot to sit back, relax, and enjoy the sounds of nature while grilling on the BBQ, using the smoker or lounging in our brand new hot tub! Be sure to bring your fishing poles because you can walk right out the back door and down the marked path to the creek. Catskill creek also runs through the property, which is great for fishing, swimming or lounging! And when it's time for some s'mores, sit around our large outdoor fire-pit under the night sky. It features a family dollar, CVS, a liquor Store, a supermarket, a great deli, fast food, brewery, sweet shop, gas station and more. The town of Catskill is 15 Minutes away & features a Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, great restaurants and the beautiful Dutchmen's Landing. The property is only 20 minutes away from multiple attractions such as the Zoom Flume water park, North/South Lake, Dutchman's Landing Park, Hunter & Windham Mountain Ski Resorts & many more. Bailiwick Ranch is 15 minutes away and offers Horseback Riding and a small zoo. Greens Lake is 15 minutes away and makes for great freshwater fishing. The Hi-Way Drive-In movie theater is a great experience allowing you to watch movies from the comfort of your car. If you have friends and/or family that don't drive or can't come up the same day as you, have them take the Trailways bus right to main street in Cairo and pick them up from the flower shop. It is about 3 minutes away from the home. They can also take the train via Amtrak to Hudson, which is only 20 minutes away! Dogs are allowed and must be registered at the time of booking. The following fees apply. $250 per stay for up to two dogs Pet Rules: Must be picked up after outside. No pets are allowed on furniture or beds. No dog is to be left at the house alone unless crated. AC is shut off from November 1st - April 1st. We have wonderful pest control, but being out in nature you may still encounter wildlife, including bugs and spiders. **We highly recommend guests travel in an AWD or 4x4 vehicle during the winter months, as snow and icy conditions can make roads challenging.**
