In an old-rustic style, it has a living room, dining room, breakfast bar, integrated kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor; and upstairs a double bed, a single bed, a desk and a dressing room with a closet. It is fully equipped, has smart TV and air conditioning. Access is via elevator. The space The loft is located in the attic of the historic "Cubo Drabble" building built in 1892, for the inauguration of Avenida de Mayo. The apartment is located in the attic of the corner of Avenida de Mayo and Chacabuco, overlooking historic buildings. Guest access The entire apartment is available to guests. Other things to note Since we like to eat and go on cultural outings, here are some tips: 1) Be sure to try the medialunas (croissants) at Confitería London City, which is located 1 block away (Av. de Mayo 591). 2) If you want to go running, cycling, take photos, birdwatch or take a break from the hustle and bustle of Buenos Aires, you can walk to the Costanera Sur and the ecological reserve (open until 6pm). From the apartment you should enter through the Viamonte access. There are different paths overlooking the Río de la Plata. 3) Beyond the theaters of Calle Corrientes, the Colón Theater and others; we recommend the programming of the Xirgú-Espacio UNTREF Theater (Chacabuco 875). It usually has music shows and plays that are closer to 'off' with very affordable prices. In front of the theater, don't miss out on eating at the "El Refuerzo" canteen (book just in case because it's small). 4) Right next to the building's entrance door, there is a Patagonia brewery where they sell draft beer at a very good price. You can bring your dinner or order delivery to the place and they only charge you for the beer (which is very good!). 5) There is an excellent program of New Tango and concerts by the Philharmonic and popular artists at the Nestor Kirchner Cultural Center (Sarmiento 151) with free admission (you can get them by entering the page or attending a few hours before the show). 6) For Luz and her family, the best pizza in Buenos Aires is Los Inmortales (Corrientes 1369). For Fede, the best pizza in Buenos Aires is Las Cuartetas (Corrientes 838). You can walk to both from the apartment.
