Room SP/Shopping Morumbi/Berrini

Hello my future Guests! After a great experience with Airbnb in the US I decided to rent 1 of the 3 bedrooms in my apartment. The apartment is located in a privileged region of São Paulo, 3 blocks from Shopping Morumbi, 6 blocks from CPTM Morumbi Station, 6 blocks from Av.Berrini and several bus lines to various locations in the city. It has pharmacies, bakery, banks, supermarkets, restaurants and bars, all very close to your amenity. I speak fluent English and basic French. The space I'm renting one private room with one single bed. You may receive a guest/guest to sleep, but an extra accommodation fee (informed of the listing) will be charged - you will have a single mattress available (inform in advance). It has a shared (full) bathroom and a toilet. The kitchen (complete) is shared and you can use all appliances and utensils (they must be cleaned and stored after use). You will be able to use a closet (two doors) and a large bookshelf for your personal belongings. You will have a copy of the keys for your best amenity (it must be returned when you leave). You'll be available for the iron and ironing board. The washing machine may also be used. Bed and bath linens will be changed once a week. If you need it to be cleaned by someone else we can negotiate and for this you will be charged an extra fee of R$40.00. If you want someone to iron your clothes, I can get someone to do this for you too (you will be charged separately). You will be 3 blocks from Morumbi Shopping Mall, 6 blocks from CPTM Morumbi Station and 6 blocks from Berrini Avenue. During your stay If you need information about tours, places to visit, how to get around the city, or other information you can count on my help, I will be at your disposal to help you in whatever is necessary to make you have a great stay.
