Very nice, remodeled 700 Sq. ft. Mid-Century Modern condominium in the heart of Palo Alto. One large bedroom, one bathroom, well stocked kitchen with all new appliances, lovely private back patio area...all this and only a 3 block walk to University Ave (fabulous restaurants & shopping), 3 minute walk to CalTrain, 10 minute walk to the Stanford Campus (or take Stanford Shuttle just 2 blocks away)! No need to drive although space for 2 cars, one undercover. The space Easy check-in/check-out...Keypad on front entry door. Unique code provided by Host for each stay prior to arrival. Best suited for 1-2 people who are looking for a quiet, zero hassle, cool place to stay that's within walking distance to lots of fun places in the Palo Alto/Stanford area. Guest access The easy access to CalTrain can have you at SJC or SFO efficiently and quickly...and for sports enthusiasts AT&T Park is directly accessible via Caltrain and Levi Stadium is accessible via Caltrain/light rail! Ten minute walk to the Stanford Campus and facilities. Sand Hill Road and The Stanford Shopping center are just a few blocks away. Other things to note Please note that this condo is part of a 6 unit, very private complex. Respect other tenants by observing the "Quiet Time" guidelines from 10:00PM to 7:00AM. No over-night additional guests permitted. The city of Palo Alto and our condo are located near CalTrain which means there is moderate train noise periodically during the day (perhaps on average once per hour, slightly more frequent during peak commute times). While CalTrain does not run at night, there are rare freight trains that pass by late at night.
