The apartment is located in the Appio district, a few steps from the basilica of San Giovanni in Laterano. We are in a central neighborhood of Rome, served by all means of transport, adjacent to the Metro A stop. With large green spaces available, including the historic Appia Antica park. Here you still experience the city on a human scale, in a time suspended between history and reality. The space The apartment is quiet and modern. We have opted for a modern and minimal style preferred by those who love to travel. The furniture is modern and elegant, but at the same time functional and comfortable. The structure is equipped with all the comforts to make you feel at home and make your stay in Rome truly unforgettable: unlimited free Wi-Fi, Smart TV, equipped kitchen, shower, and much more. The apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people plus a newborn. You will find a double bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The living room also has a full kitchen. The living room leads to the bathroom, which like the entire apartment has just been renovated. The apartment is equipped with a washing machine. The sofa in the living room can be opened and thus transformed into a double bed. Upon request we can provide a cot for children. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, sheets and towels are included in the price, but we offer for a fee the possibility of having an extra cleaning service during the stay, as well as a change of linen. The wi-fi internet connection is present throughout the apartment. Other things to note The building is equipped with a lift.
