Excellent Flat in Itaim-Cleaning and Parking Included

Brand new flat in the heart of Itaim. *Fully furnished flat* 2 air-conditioned bedrooms (Ideal for sharing a stay with friends or family, sleeps 4 comfortably) -1 double bed -2 single beds It has a variety of appliances for a pleasant stay: - Cooktop - Minibar - Sink with filter -Cabinets with automatic drawer closures - 50” 4k Smart TV in the double bedroom and 43” in the living room Wi-Fi Pool Gym 24-hour reception and security 1 Garage space The space Check-in is done at the apartment's reception, which is open 24 hours and is basically like a hotel. When you make the reservation, send me a photo ID, the names and CPF of the guests who will be present during the stay, to forward this information to the reception. The apartment has daily cleaning included EXCEPT for the dishes used during the stay. The hotel itself prohibits maids from performing this task as it poses risks and is a common practice in the hotel industry. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay: towels, toilet paper and a kitchen with a refrigerator for small meals. The requests have been met and the apartment now has a 50” 4k Smart TV in the master bedroom, and a 43” in the living room. The parking space can be used at no additional cost - please inform us of the use of the space. All flat items will be checked at check-in and check-out. *It is mandatory to fill out a registration form at check-in, please be prepared with your documents :) *Care must be taken, especially with decorative objects and cabinets. - The Wi-Fi password will be available shortly after the reservation is confirmed. - The magnetic card that gives access to the room must be picked up at the reception at the time of check-in. Guest access The pool, laundry and fitness center are shared areas and can be used by guests :) Other things to note Check-in anytime after 3 p.m., mandatory check-out 12 p.m. Any changes guests need must be agreed with me beforehand. If there is an arrival of new guests on the day of your check-out, it must be at 12 p.m., due to the cleaning and preparation of the apartment!
