IMPORTANT: this is not a hotel, it is a private home; a Nicaraguan family that wants to share their culture with whoever wants to. Guest access Apart from their own room, guests have access to all areas of the house, living room; dining room; patio; porch and a shared bathroom During your stay The owner is always at home. She is an elderly woman who is always available to guests. She only speaks Spanish, but her daughter is also there, who speaks Spanish and English. The ideal environment for those who want to practice their Spanish Other things to note House is located in a city neighborhood. Approximately 20 minutes from the central square. We have a porch that you can use as a garage either for motorcycles or small vehicle, in case of bringing a larger vehicle that doesn't fit in the space, you can leave it parado right outside the house (we are not responsible for damage) or you can take it to a private garage that is half a block from our house and is quite cheap. We also recommend our guests not to go out for a walk at night, after 9 pm either in the center or in the surroundings; for your own safety if you go out and want to return home late, it is better to take a taxi.
