Perfect location. This one bedroom is steps from the beach, inside a secure, controlled access neighborhood close to great restaurants, bars, shops, etc. Queen size bed, bathroom and kitchen. The space This breezy apartment has a balcony overlooking Elena St. It has an ample bedroom, bright living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with a tub. Guest access Living/dining area, balcony, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom. Other things to note Everyone in the building must keep parking, entrance and stairs clean and dry. Make sure your feet are not wet and items are not dripping, towel off sand by the curb -before getting to the parking. We supply toilet paper, shampoo, liquid soap to get you started. Other items may include coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, condiments, insect repellent, suntan lotion, etc. As these free items rotate, feel free to stop at the unit to check out what is provided before heading to the market. Guests are welcome to cook light meals that won’t generate much smell. Out of consideration for next guests please air out the unit and note that frying in oil or other cooking that generates strong, long lasting smells and may impregnate sofa, mattress and curtains is not allowed to avoid extra fees. Early check-in or late check-out will be granted when availability permits and for a fee. ACs only in bedroom Balcony is only to be used for drying items using the drying rack provided. Do not hang items on railing. Do not shake off items or leave them hanging in balcony as they fall on people downstairs. Balcony is not a hangout area. No leaning on balcony. Guest agrees to be respectful of our neighbors and other people and keep noise to a minimum at all times. Quiet hours start at 9 pm, especially if you have windows or sliding door open. We are not responsible for items left behind. No generator. No cistern. Cameras may be recording in parking, common areas and balconies. There is a unit inspection before and after your stay.
