You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay. Close to the Nashville Airport only 6 minutes and Downtown is only 15 minutes. Uber and Lyft are very easy to access at this location. Perfect for singles or couples , very quiet neighborhood and very safe . We have 24/7 security camera around the outside of the house . Also small fire pit to enjoy a cozy night . The space We live in the upstairs of the house and there is another apartment downstairs next to this guest suite. The spaces are not shared but you will probably see us coming and going and may see guests staying in the other apartment. You have your own patio area that is not shared. The laundry room is located between the two downstairs apartments and is a shared space. The doors lock from the inside of each apartment so there is no access between the spaces when you lock the door behind you after using the washer and dryer. Guest access You will have full access to your guest suite, parking space, patio area, and your own private bathroom. The laundry and backyard where the firepit is located is a shared space. Other things to note The heat and air are shared between the two apartments and the thermostat is located in the other unit. We will try to accomodate whatever setting you would like. You can close the vent in your suite to keep the air from coming in and use the electric fireplace to make it warmer if you would like.
