City Center – Duplex 4.5 rooms, quiet, city view

The apartment is centrally located in Zurich Wipkingen, just a few minutes by foot from Escher-Wyss-Platz and district 5 with its hip flair. Here you will find trendy cafés, restaurants and bars, cool stores and several nightclubs. Grocery stores, a park and the Limmat river all are reachable within 5 minutes by foot. Public transport (bus, tram and train station Hardbruecke) are close by within a few minutes walking distance. The space The apartment is on two floors (4th and 5th floor, no elevator in the building). The two floors are connected with a spiral staircase inside the apartment. In addition both floors can be accessed directly from the main staircase in the house. The apartment offers the following: 4th floor: living room with a dining table, bed-sofa and TV, main bedroom with a kingsize bed, 2nd bedroom with a queensize bed (spiral staircase to the upper floor of the apartment is in this room), a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, water heater etc. 5th floor (rooftop): a combined bedroom / living room with view over the city. The bedroom / living room offers a table, TV, two single beds and a bed-sofa. Bed linen and towels are provided. Free internet WLAN and cable TV is available. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. Please note: there is no elevator in the building. Guest access The key is located in a key box outside of the building and you can check-in and check-out yourself. We will send you detailed instructions and the code 2 days prior to your arrival.
