Upstairs there are three spacious bedrooms, two of which have TV's. There is one full shared bath for two of the bathrooms and a large master bath with a walk-in closet. The large closet is great for families travelling with young kids as we provide a pack and play and some basic toys for enjoyment. The patio in the backyard is wonderfully maintained and fantastic for enjoying the green space beyond. Next to the home is a small path that leads to another section of the neighborhood. Along the path, you will cross over Beaverton Creek, that winds through the region and a number of parks such as Seminole, Sutherland Meadows, and Lexington Park. Another feature of the home is the convenience of location. There are multiple grocery options within a mile or two. There is an outdoor mall at the Streets of Tanasbourne just a few minutes away. Numerous restaurants are within a five-mile drive or less. You can even walk from the house to the MAX (Portland's Light Rail System) and use that to go downtown, the airport, or other regions to the east and south of Portland. This location is really unbeatable for whatever your plans are in the region. There is one security camera placed outside overlooking the driveway and parking area. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected.
