Casa Carlota in Paraty

Well-wooded house three blocks from Jabaquara beach. Large room with queen-size bed and two single beds. Small pantry overlooking the mountains. Close to supermarket and restaurants, 15-20 minutes' walk from the historic center. House on the upper floor. The space large bedroom, bathroom and pantry/kitchen with fridge, stove, Air Fryer and electric kettle. Guest access entrance through the main gate of the house, and on the side of the house, an external staircase to access the independent floor. Other things to note The house has no garage, the street is very quiet, I leave my car on the street.
