Nothing too fancy. A bedroom with private bath. I’m working on the property and it is not occupied. You will have the whole place to yourself unless I’m working on the place. There are some tools in common area but nothing too crazy. The place is mostly unfurnished minus the room you are renting and that is minimal. No WiFi. Or tv. The space The property is unoccupied. Quiet location. Close to pine creek, 15 min from Williamsport. 10 min from Lock Haven. Guest access Whole house
