The unit has a King size bed, two twin bed and a double sleeper sofa. It has a balcony/deck, whirlpool tub, Wifi-internet and a fireplace. Includes wider than typical interior doorways, lever handles on all doors, roll-in shower, handheld shower head, grab bars in shower, grab bars around toilet, raised toilet (higher than typical units) and first floor handicap accessible access. Guest access Guests have access to all of the amenities including usage of the 2 outdoor swimming pools, 8 tennis courts, playground, miniature golf, basketball, outdoor children's pool, golf course, exercise equipment, picnic/BBQ area, driving range and restaurant. Other things to note This is for a short term stays only. This is NOT a tenancy. Everyone who rents our home agrees to return possession at the end of their stay. We are able to extend your stay if it is available, it is agreed that possession will be returned within 24 hours of request. If you cancel a reservation 16 days or more in advance of the check-in date, your points will be returned as Cancelled Reservation Points. For reservations cancelled less than 16 days prior to the check-in date, the points will not be returned immediately and other fees may apply. Can cancel up to 7 days before check in. Within 7 days 75% refunded. No refunds the day of check in. I will be held to the same standards. I will make sure you are happy.
