Welcome to our Bay View Retreat. Centrally located on the legendary Monterey Peninsula, our home has all the amenities you'd want while traveling. Use two complimentary guest passes to the aquarium at your leisure, relax in the garden or watch the sunset over the bay. We sit less than 2 mi. from the beach, 8 mi. to Carmel, 5 mi. to the aquarium and 9 mi. to Pebble Beach. Golf, food, hiking, beaches&most of all, fun! Come see all the great things the California coast has to offer! The space Two story home with hardwood, tile and carpet in the bedrooms. Upstairs we have a great kitchen with all the bells and whistles, two large HD flat screens, master bedroom but with remote controlled fireplace, laundry facilities, 1.5 bathrooms, deck and bbq. Downstairs we have two bedrooms each with cable TV, sharing 1 full bathroom one bedroom has its own entrance through a sliding glass door that leads to our professionally landscaped garden oasis. Guest access Guests can use pretty much everything in the home, Wi-Fi, two large HD flat-screens upstairs with premium channels (Starz, HBO, etc), listen to music or watch a movie with the built in surround sound system, two glass enclosed fireplace, hardwood flooring, hot tub style bathtub upstairs as well as a stand alone shower, marble and granite countertops throughout the house, professionally landscaped garden areas, kitchen with all the amenities you might need, gas range, gas grill on the upstairs deck, if you're travelling with kids let us know and we can get totes of toys, games, etc. The garage is to remain locked and some of the dressers have locks on them, other than that everything is yours to use and enjoy. Other things to note The house is well decorated with numerous photos, paintings and other articles collected over the years, please do not touch or move any of the decorations as some of them are fragile. Please do not move the furniture. Most importantly to us the china cabinet upstairs in the living room and the built in cabinets upstairs in the hallway are not to be opened as they have family heirlooms inside they are marked with tamper proof security tape.
