The space is the upper level of a traditional 1000 square foot American ranch home, with three bedrooms. You will have access to the entire upper level except for your housemates slightly larger room. The space Plenty of parking with optional garage. 5-10 minute walk to METRA BNSF trains (Belmont Road) that take you to Union Station in Chicago in 30 minutes. Five minute walk to Duncan Donuts. Guest access You will have access to the Living Room, Dining table area, bathroom, office bedroom, full kitchen, laundry room on lower level, deck, yard and storage. 500Mbps Internet Wi-Fi, including Direct Stream TV cable HD television, with DVR recording. During your stay I am available 7 x 24 and will be about 25 minutes away if need me for anything. Other things to note This is a share situation. You will share this upper level of the house, full time with another. You will see the individual that resides on the lower level from time to time.
