First Floor ------------ The first floor has a large, all white living room that seats 6 - 10 comfortably. The all white Restoration Hardware Cloud sectional sofa is the perfect lounge sofa for the whole family to enjoy a movie on the flat screen tv. The modern, Miele appliance kitchen is perfect for home cooking or carry in alike. With a built in Miele steamer, Miele coffee system, Miele microwave, Miele dual oven, Miele warming drawer and Miele induction stove top, you will not want for a single appliance. Family can gather around the built in bar top table that seats 6 while dinner is cooking. The gorgeous blue dining room is open to the kitchen with another 8 seating places, making a combined 14 seating places. It is also a beautiful family game area, card table or second work space for you to enjoy during your stay. Off the dining room and kitchen is the smaller living room that overlooks the beautiful backyard and running pond. This living room features another television, sound system that plays throughout the house and backyard. It is the perfect trifecta for group / family experience the kitchen, dining room and family room all open to each other. There is also a half bath in the middle of the first floor and a laundry room next to the backdoor. 2nd Floor / Upstairs ------------------------ Master bedroom has a king adjustable bed, 55 inch smart tv with premium cable, gas fireplace, and private master bath. Master bath has double vanities, deep tub, heat, double shower and steam room. The opposite end of the house has another larger bedroom with a queen bed and flat screen tv with premium cable. 3rd bedroom has a bunk bed with a queen bed on top and a single bed on bottom and tv in the room. The 4th bedroom is a loft that doubles as an office and has a pull down murphy bed. Please note this room has 3 walls, providing an area to work, sleep or use as a yoga/fitness area, but is open to the upstairs hallway. There is a tv with roku. The office area of the 4th bedroom has a large monitor and keyboard for connection to laptop via USB/HDMI. There is a also a printer available for black/white printing. This same open loft bedroom is a great space when the bed is up for yoga mats/bolsters, hand weights, small trampoline, etc. (Just let us know when booking how you'd like it outfitted and we will accomodate.) There is an additional full bathroom with a shower and bathtub upstairs. There will be a blowdryer available in the home. Please note: Ring Doorbell video and motion activated floodlights are on property, outside of the house only, ensuring guest safety at all times. Guest access Guests will be able to access all rooms in the house, but not the basement or garage. Areas not available for access with be locked and be notated by "no guest access." For anyone who intends to have a party, disturb the neighborhood, or in any other way violate our house rules, we want to make clear that: We have a zero-tolerance policy for this. We have noise sensors that alert us if decibel levels pass a certain threshold, and we have unfortunately had to ask guests to leave for violating this rule. Being a good neighbor of the city and the block we are on is very important to us. We have sensors to detect indoor smoking (nicotine and marijuana) and have an automatic $750 fine for violations, and have also had to ask guests to leave early for violating this rule. Parking ----------- We have a long, single lane driveway that fits 5 cars, with free parking on the streets. No permit is required to park on the street. 3 spots are behind a gate and 2 are in front of the gate. Also, please do not block or park in our neighbor's driveway. We love our neighborhood, and want to respect their space. Entry --------- The house is fully accessible via a smart lock at the front and back door. To access the house, enter the code we provide in your reservation check-in instructions. When leaving, enter that same code and the deadbolt will lock. We kindly ask that you pull the handle toward you when locking the door from the outside. Message us to schedule a quick call if you have any issues! For this reason, we want to be as respectful as possible to those in our community. Since we’re in a quiet neighborhood, we do ask that you follow a few easy rules: - No parties & no overnight guests without prior approval. If you’re looking to host a small gathering, that’s probably ok but please let us know. - Respectful, quiet volume, particularly after 9 pm on weeknights and 10 pm on weekends. - Please leave your shoes at the door. - No pets please, as many of the guests we host have allergies. - Service animals specifically trained to aid a person with a disability are welcome. As per ADA regulations, the service animal must remain with said person at all times and never left alone in home. Fines will apply for rules being broken. - No indoor smoking - also, don't discard your cigarettes in house trash cans. They get stinky. - If you break or damage something, please let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair. - Please do not eat or drink in the all-white living room (except water). - Do not leave any food out that will attract uninvited pests. Our home is pest-free and we intend to keep it that way with your help.
