Welcome to our Beach House, strategically located between Bombas (700 meters from the sea) and Bombinhas - Central Beach (900 meters from the sea). The house is a few blocks from the walkway that connects Bombas to Bombinhas, passing through Praia do Ribeiro, allowing unforgettable walks. The space Strategically located between Bombas and Bombinhas, our house offers a combination of tranquility and convenience. The proximity to paradise beaches offers the opportunity to enjoy them to the fullest. Within walking distance, there are markets, restaurants, pharmacies, ample commerce and a health center. The outdoor area is perfect for dining, barbecues, and relaxing moments with friends and family. In addition, the space is safe for pets to move around safely, since the gate allows them to be loose throughout the space. Other things to note *The patio is PRIVATE. The door that appears in the photos, in front of the barbecue space, is a room used as a storage room, so it is not rented to other tenants. *The outside of the house accommodates 4 vehicles, 1 of which is fully covered. *We do not provide bed and bath linens. *We do not provide beach chairs and umbrellas.
