Irreparable damage to these items will be refunded via Airbnb. 9- Check-in must be from 2 p.m. and check-out by 12 p.m. Note: Exceptions must be communicated/agreed in advance. 10- Any problem or accident must be reported immediately to those responsible for the property and obligatorily to the platform responsible for the reservation via Airbnb chat. 12- The electrical voltage in Salvador is 110V. 13- Trash will be collected from the apartment at a time set by the Administration or can be delivered to the specific trash cans in the parking area (G1). 14- The guest shall be liable for damages to property in the common areas of the Condominium, as well as the property of residents in common areas, for example: automobiles and others. 15- Walking through the common areas of the building and elevators without a shirt (or with wet shirts) is not allowed - SUBJECT TO FINE BY THE CONDOMINIUM REGULATIONS. 16- The property may not be used for commercial purposes. 17- The use of the property is exclusive to guests registered at the time of booking.
