A quick 2 minute drive takes you to Harris Tribble Mill Park for fishing & boating, downtown is 6 miles away & the mall is 13 miles away, a perfect retreat to relax or for outdoor fun. The property comprises of two units: the primary guest house and the basement. Airbnb guests will have exclusive use of the primary guest house with 4 bedrooms, 5 queen beds, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, 2 dining areas, laundry room and access to the spacious garden with private pool. It has a separate and private entrance in the front. You may host small gatherings (maximum 15 people ) up to 6 pm only so as not to inconvenience the sleeping hours of the tenants in the basement. Quiet hours are strictly observed from 9 pm to 7 am. Guests have access to both indoor and outdoor amenities, including the private pool, hammock, and fire pit in the backyard. Bbq grill is exclusively for guests only. Venture out to explore the lakeside trail directly from the backyard. Morning and afternoon walks are recommended for the trail as the path is unlit.
