Beautiful Historic Home – Minutes to Pensacola & Beaches! 7 Miles to Whiting NAS. Updated yet with historic charm. Blocks from the Blackwater River/Trail, canoe/kayak. Minutes to beaches of Navarre/Pensacola. King and Queen suites, with Daybed/2 in sun room, sleep 6 total. Charming front porch with rockers, 3 sitting areas inside, 2 baths, full kitchen/laundry, screened backporch, backyard gardens, and covered carport. Décor vintage to modern. Bikes available. Weddings too! with small fee. The space Comfortable home setting, open floor plan with 3 separate sitting areas inside allows guests plenty of room to spread-out; with easy walk to downtown restaurants, and shopping. In season the city has Bands on the Blackwater or movie night on Fridays. All of our guest have loved the home and it's central location. During your stay, you are the only occupant and have access to the full house. Accessible ramp on backside next to driveway. Our beds are soft and comfy too! Great place for Winging Ceremonies at Whiting and convenient to local wedding venues. Coffee Bar - includes Keurig Coffee Maker with a sampling of regular and decaf coffee. House robes provided. Guest access Full house and grounds. Other things to note No smoking anywhere on property. No pets allowed. Not suitable for infants less than 2 years old. There are original 4 fireplaces which are not functional, just for looks. No parties. Small gatherings can be arranged for an additional fee, check with hosts. Keep outside doors and windows securely closed to conserve heating/cooling. Bedrooms have ceiling fans. Other fans are available as needed. There is no curfew, but loud noise must be avoided. If returning to the house after 10:00 p.m, please avoid loud conversations to disturb neighbors. As with any 100 yr house, the floors do make a little noise in certain areas, but not bad.
