Charming 2-story villa nestled in the pines with breathtaking views of our 20 acre restored prairie. This property features .5 mile of maintained walking trails through the prairie with panoramic views of the surrounding Ozark Mountains. 2 bedrooms, 1-1/2 bath (1 queen bed, 1 twin bunk, & 1 queen futon). Kitchen, rooftop patio with grill, wi-fi, satellite, skylights, and a private balcony. Just a short car-ride from the beautiful Buffalo River, Branson, MO & Eurika Springs, AR. A two night minimum stay is required for all reservations. The Villa is fully furnished and equipped with linens, towels, and some basic kitchen items so you can travel light. The full bath upstairs is a small but functional space and could be a challenge for large people. We have no stove, but there is a nice gas grill, convection oven/microwave, and an induction burner with a few pots & pans. There is a Keurig coffee maker. San Darmel Villa is nestled in the Arkansas loblolly pines overlooking 20 acres of restored prairie. The owners residence is on the same driveway as noted in the satellite photo. Right out the front door is the trailhead to a .5 mile maintained walking trail through our prairie filled with native wildflowers and grasses, winding its way around the acreage. San Darmel guests will have access to the prairie trails and are free to inquire about tours of the prairie and garden. If the property owner Mel Harness is on hand, he loves to give guided tours and share his extensive knowledge of native prairies, wine-making, essential oil distillation, and no-till organic gardening.
