Here at Grandma's apartment, we take care of everything with a lot of love and affection. You will be very well received with your family and friends! Here we have: - A bedroom with a double bed equipped with a ceiling fan; - A living room with a sofa bed (it is possible to put a mattress on the floor, consult us) and equipped with a ceiling fan and 43" flat-screen TV; - A bathroom with an electric shower; - Kitchen with fridge, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave and also equipped with all the utensils you need to make your meals, such as plates, glasses, mugs, cutlery, pots, platters, molds, tablecloth, thermos, etc. We always try to leave complimentary items that can be useful, such as sugar, salt, oil, seasonings, napkins, coarse salt, etc. (check availability); - One parking space available in the garage; - A front balcony and a side balcony; - We have Wi-Fi with a good signal in every room in the house; - In general, we accept small pets, but we kindly ask you to let us know if you wish to take your pet to our apartment. In general, you can walk to these places. Driving south, there is Mongaguá, Itanhaém and Peruíbe. The latter is the most beautiful but the most distant, about 1 hour by car (approximately 60 km). To the north, there are the beaches of Santos, which are very nice and have a very beautiful and organized waterfront. Access is by ferry (approximately 25 km from the apartment). Still heading north, it is possible to go to Guarujá, with access also via ferry (approximately 30 km from the apartment).
