The apartment is centrally located in one of the very best, safe/upscale desirable neighborhoods in all all Panama. Only 2 blocks/2 minutes walking to an upscale supermarket, Metro, downtown, etc. The space Let me just say to start that I humbly suggest that all the 5 star guests reviews really speak to my highest commitment to all our guests and accurately describe the apartment, centralized location and surrounding area. The Apartment comes fully furnished and fully equiped with 2 brand new cover-top full size beds in both bedrooms, which most comfortably sleep 2 people, 2 full individual private bathrooms and a new very comfortable large L shaped sofa in the living room with matching sofa pillows, dining room table for 4 persons with very comfortable chairs and a separate laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer, sofa bed, Air conditioning and ceiling fans in all the bed rooms, and living room. Included in the apartment are all bedding, pillows, towels, linens, new bathroom soap, toilet paper, dish washing soap, sponge, dish rack, cutlery, all cooking utensils, blender, coffee machine, coffee filters, toaster, microwave oven, electric can opener, iron, ironing board, pots and pans. Also included is 1 roofed private car parking space in the garage, plus there are 4 additional designated guests parking spaces for your guests, outdoor pool, fenced in enclosed children’s play area next to the pool. In the apartment there is a powerful Internet WiFi connection, 2 cable TV's, one 50" Samsung cable TV in the living room and one wall mounted 24" Samsung cable TV in master bedroom, outdoor balcony facing rear of apartment looking out over the lush green and calming mountain side of Bella Vista, where smoking is permitted. The apartment building has easy and very convenient access to all central points of interest in Panama City, with many destinations at walking distance. It is a corner unit which is the largest of all units in the 15 floor, 9 year new building. The building tenants are very respectful and very friendly as reported by all previous guests, as well as very watchful, respectful and courteous security and concierge staff. Bus, metro, Uber or taxi service are available literally right outside your doorstep. The Panama metro system is just 2 blocks (1/2 kilometer) less than a 2 minute walking distance away to go to the famously large Albrook Shopping Mall or to the Panama Canal in under a 5-7 minute metro ride for .35 US cents per person 1 way. The apartment is approximately over 870 square feet in size and very comfortable, extremely well maintained, very private and very comfortable. The apartment is ideal for 1 or 2 couples, or parents with 1 or 2 children or any combination of 4 individuals maximum. Guest access Guest will have access to the pool area, children’s enclosed play area and patio for sunbathing. Guests have full access to the building through 24 hour maintained security gate and convenient access to the actual building with a provided electronic security door and gate pass. This security set up results in offering all guests excellent and reassuring security services, with no crimes/robbery ever reported in the building or surrounding neighborhood over the past 8 years of its initial construction. Other things to note Unless you are renting a car at the airport upon arrival or are already in Panama, I insiste on pick you up and your party up at arrival at the airport and I am flexible on your drop off upon your departure if you prefer to make your own arrangements. I do this for various reasons including building security, getting you briefly acclimated to the area and most importantly guests convenience and comfort, as well as the opportunity to take you to the supermarket before checking in for some basic essentials if requested, although the supermarket is less than 2 minutes away walking and is open from 7 am to 12 pm. I do this as a guests service and charge you the exact rate that an airport taxi charges, which is $50 from the airport to Panama City and $100.00 round trip service, but remember I pick you up in a luxurious platinum BMW 7 series without you having to hassle with taxis upon your exiting the airport terminal and instead of traveling in a regular airport taxi, so you travel in secure and luxurious style upon your arrival. You can either pay me upon arrival or I can add it to your Airbnb account? It makes no difference to me. The building is permanently occupied by Panamanians, but also with lots of Americans, Canadians and foreigners from South America and Europe. The building is 9 years old, so it is in great aesthetic and operational condition. The apartment is a corner unit which is the largest size 2 bedrooms in the building, 2 bathrooms and a third separated room with a stacked washer and dryer with approximately over 870 square feet in size, not including a beautiful open air balcony with a wonderful soft breeze all day and night.
