A shower outside ,in the back of the house, helps a lot in the coming of the beach.And the cold floor helps to soften the heat. A large terrace on the front, the proximity to the beach and the noble location are its main features. All the spaces in the house. We will always be available by mobile or via app. Cibratel 1,or simply Cibratel ,is a noble neighborhood of Itanhaém. Very old , it has great structure for paving streets,water and sewage,electricity and services(very difficult to lack water or electricity in the neighborhood). It is a flat neighborhood,very favorable to hiking ,and very close to the kiosks of the tip of the cibratel beach. There is a bus stop 100 meters from the house, and the TRAIN(very common in Itanhaém) passes on the street of the house. The beautiful arts neighborhood,about 10 minutes on foot ,has a small shopping center,widely used by the local population (it is not necessary to move to the center).
