Very old , it has great structure for paving streets,water and sewage,electricity and services(very difficult to lack water or electricity in the neighborhood). It is a flat neighborhood,very favorable to hiking ,and very close to the kiosks of the tip of the cibratel beach. There is a bus stop 100 meters from the house, and the TRAIN(very common in Itanhaém) passes on the street of the house. The beautiful arts neighborhood,about 10 minutes on foot ,has a small shopping center,widely used by the local population (it is not necessary to move to the center).
