luxury condo in heart downtown of Montreal

Tour des Canadiens 2,Its located in the center of downtown . My condo is located on the 20 floors. My condo connects to the Metro from a bridge on the second floor. Provigo ,McDonald, Starbucks 3-5 minutes walk from my condo. 5 -10minutes walk then you can find coffee bars ,restaurants ,bars,banks ,Hotels and shopping malls, gallery and universities ….. my condo includes a inside swimming pool, sauna room, outdoor barbecue, heated jacuzzi, Gym and a wine bar, game room, and sky lounge. The space Tour des Canadians 2 was built in 2019, Nearby Sanit Catherine street,it’s a paradise for hangout street. My condo is connected Metro from a bridge at second floor. My unit offer beautiful and elegant furnitures while also 4 large handmade oil paintings in it . Apricot flowers in blue of hand made oil painting hanging in the bedroom. The classic hand made oil painting 《kiss》hanging in living room. Moden hand made oil painting in Folding sofa area. A beautiful book shelf next to it,relaxing and orderliness for you。 A warm color hand made oil painting 《autumn 》hanging at entrance,hope you full of warm when you get in my condo. A beautiful hand made oil painting in bathroom. Kitchen offer : fridge ,oven,microwave ，dishes,coffee cups，knives，forks，spoons,…all cooking essentials are offered in kitchen. Bathroom offer : washer and dryer machine. a hair dryer ,shampoo,body wash shampoo,toilet paper enough for 1~2 weeks. Barbecue at the third floor right next to the jacuzzi. (Jacuzzi only open in summer). It’s wonderful experience if in summer ! There is also a inside swimming pool and a dry sunna room that my favorite recommend！ Sky lounge located 54 floor-is a place enjoy the views of city day and night,it’s a best place to study or meet friends.(opening time depending the committee arrangements). Gym located first floor next to game room. coffee and bar room located second floor,better study or meet friends there. last tip: my neighbors are very friendly and nice,they are always polite and friendly. Guest access You can use the Gym, inside pool, out door barbecue and outdoor heated jacuzzi,game room, coffee and wine room etc.（jacuzzi and barbecue just allowed use in summer.) Other things to note First : The building have detectors of smoke alarm, smoking should only be allowed on the balcony. -Second :No party. -Third: No overnight guests without approval. - fourth: Sublet to someone else is not allowed. -fifth: no damaging the furnitures. -sixth: My condo reservation requires minimum 31 days . This is also the rule of my building .so once the reservation is confirmed , the reservation cannot be canceled or changed after check-in .thank you for your understanding and cooperation!
