Excellent suites in privileged location within the Itamambuca development. Unique and privileged location! There are 5 suites with garden and forest view and a shared kitchen/living room with fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee machine, table with chairs and sofa. The space has great optical fiber internet, with great signal in the common areas. In the garden area we have a Beach Tennis court that can be used by guests by appointment. We also have a parental backyard project with about 15 children aged 4 to 6 years old who use the front area of the plot from Monday to Friday. Guest access The vehicles can be parked in front of the gate of the 28 street or in the 26 street. Vehicles can only enter the property for loading and unloading. The guests can easily circulate in the neighborhood walking, by bicycle or by car. The neighborhood is flat and pretty pleasant and safe. Please separate your garbage at: • *RECYCLABLE*, such as glass, aluminum, cardboard packaging, which must always be clean and dry, remembering that tetrapak packaging is not recycled in Ubatuba; • *ORGANIC*, all leftover food, husks, coffee grounds, etc., can be placed in the worm farm behind the kitchen and covered with a little sawdust, to be turned into compost; • *COMMON GARBAGE*, everything that is not organic or recyclable, must be taken to the trash bin in front of the 28th street gate; If possible, take recyclable garbage (clean and dry) to the recycling center located on the main avenue, close to the second entrance.
