A charming Historic bright studio, very safe, uptown center, 40’ tall trees, creek access, 10 degrees cooler (in)summer. Upstairs, with separate entrance, free parking, furnished, full kitchen, A/C, Washer/Dryer, queen bed. Walk to Tlaquepaque , Hillside Center , Hyatt for fine art galleries, creative clothing, hiking stores & phenomenal restaurants. 3+ hiking trails. Listen to the birds in the morning, enjoy the squirrels playing and watch the sun set at night...... The space There is parking on site (no ATV's or RV's please) and a separate private entryway to the easy stairway, and a view from a top. The apartment has lots of sun light with 5 windows, a sky light, and wood floors. The fully curtained screened windows open for breeze and fresh air. The bathroom has a glass shower and a 5'x5' window & shade with a 4 footed bath tub (see image), plus two sinks. The toilet room is separate. There is lots of storage space. The apartment is fully furnished with dishes, pots & pans, utensils, etc. The area is rural, peaceful and woodsy, right in the center of uptown. there are 4 grocery stores including Whole Foods & Natural grocers, and a farmer's market on Sundays. Two movie theaters (1 independent). Most of the restaurants have live music at night. No animals or smoking on the premises is allowed. The owners, Nancy and Paul, live on the property and are very helpful to answer questions, having lived here for 30 years. Guest access Entire use of the upstairs apartment, stairway, outside garden seating area, 1 parking space, several hikes, 500 ft from creek. Park next to grass, and go upstairs on the right of the house, and the door is unlocked, go right in.. Other things to note This is a very quiet peaceful woodsy neighborhood, surrounded by the city. With the tall trees and creek, it feels a little like a Northern California retreat and is 10 degrees cooler in the summer.
