Beautiful, balcony, airy, pet friendly, parking space and A/C!

One block from the beach, we are very well located in front of the UFF law school at Rua Presidente Pedreira 35, 24-hour concierge with parking space. Our Ingá neighborhood has all kinds of shops within walking distance - restaurant, pharmacy, markets and tourist attractions such as MAC, cinemas, shopping (Plaza), cultural reserve and beaches. Rio de Janeiro is just 30 minutes away (by car). The energy is included once I adjust the daily rate for it. Come and enjoy! The space The apartment is very well maintained, I'm always tidying up, changing furniture and appliances. Super airy, even in the summer it's very breezy. We have 75m2 spread over two bedrooms, a cozy living room and a balcony with a hammock and a view, a bathroom and a half and a kitchen equipped to cook or make a simple coffee. Guest access Our guest has access to all the common areas of the building, the children's playground that we have on the Play floor and the barbecue area, which is rented/paid for a fee required by the condominium. Open area between the blocks to get some air or cool off. Other things to note Come stay with me if you want to feel at home, and take care of the apartment as if it were your home.
