The Balneário is excellent for those who do not want to depend on a car to go to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Chalé Brisa Leve is located on Praia dos Castelhanos in Anchieta/ES. The house offers excellent ventilation, a backyard with fruit trees, comfortable accommodations, 4 bedrooms with column fans, 2 internal bathrooms, 1 external, a veranda with a hammock, a well-equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, and a 50" Smart TV with Netflix. And we're pet friendly! Sun... Beach... and the Light Sea Breeze at your disposal!🤗 The space The Chalet has 2 floors: 🔸1st floor: - Large yard with covered garage for 2 cars, with room for 3 more cars in the yard (without cover) - Balcony with hammock - 1 Bedroom with 1 full bed - 1 bedroom with 3 single beds - 1 bathroom - 1 living room - 1 equipped kitchen Outdoor area (back of the house): - Balcony with a table for meals - 1 bathroom - Barbecue grill - Sink - Tank 🔸2nd floor: - 2 full beds - 2 single beds - 1 bathroom - 1 Balcony Guest access Guests have free access to the entire house. Other things to note IMPORTANT INFORMATION: 🔸We provide complete bed linens (fitted sheet, pillowcase, top sheet and fleece blanket). We do🔸 not provide bath towels. 🔸We provide face towels in the bathrooms. 🔸Mattresses and pillows have waterproof covers. 🔸Guests must bring their own personal hygiene items (bath towel, soap, shampoo, etc.) 🔸We provide toilet paper for immediate use.
