2 Bedroom Basement Suite w Private Entry

Hi! My name is Maryanna and I have a Two bedroom cozy suite availeble for short term or long term stay.The suite is in the basement of a bungalow , and is accessed via stairs . The house was built in 50’s but I’ve been renovating it over time, adding new windows, new bathroom, additional cabinets etc. Located in central area, 3 minute drive to Regina general hospital. Situated on College Avenue East, a busier street. Close to ring road, making transportation easy. Bus route on next bloc The space Kitchen and living room are an open space area, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Guest access The suite is in the basement so you will need to go down stairs to access it. The stairs are carpeted and there is a handrail to use . See pictures for reference . There is ONE parking space availeble for your use in the back alley. Please make sure the backyard door is always closed There is another suite on top which has it’s own entrance. Some noise does travel but I have quiet hours from 10-7 am. There is a steel door with a double cylinder separating the suites. Other things to note Acces to the back yard , however , this doesn’t mean your pet can freely pee on the grass , thanks for understanding and helping to maintain a healthy environment and other tenants enjoy the green grass.
