Staying in Bocagrande will allow you to have easy and quick access to the beaches, the historic center (just 10 minutes away) , shopping malls, restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores and all kinds of commerce. 3603 is located in the Palmetto building, right on the beach!!! It offers services such as a swimming pool for adults and children, a restaurant, gym, and Turkish bath. The space This beautiful apartment accommodates a maximum of six people and is located in front of the ocean with a majestic view from the balcony and rooms. You will love it!!! Apartment layout: It has a dining room with 2 single sofa beds, a 4-seat dining room, the dining room has 1 cable TV and air conditioning. The kitchen area is fully equipped. Suitable and ready for food prep. The work area: the work area has a washing machine, dryer, laundry room with a clothes hanger and a garbage bin. Room area ( 2 bedrooms): each room has air conditioning, closet with clothes hangers, cable TV, linens, blankets and on bed. Room # 1: has 1 Queen Double Bed and 1 single sofa bed. Room # 2: has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. Each room has a private bathroom equipped with towels for body, face and for the pool and/or beach, as well as a hairdryer. The Pools are open every day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm. Except for Tuesdays, when the pools are closed for maintenance in the morning, they open at 12:00 pm. Other things to note The apartment is directly handed over by the owner, Yolanda Ramirez and/or Alvaro Rincón Prieto, who will always be available for any request or need that might arise with the best customer-care attitude so that all guests feel comfortable and at ease in the apartment. The Palmetto building at the time of registration charges $50,000 for the bracelet as a right to use its common areas, which must be worn throughout the stay of the reservation, as a measure to control the entry of guests to the Palmetto building, this value is already included in the Cleaning item, there is no need to pay an additional charge when arriving at the building, this value is already included in the USD40 of the Cleaning. Visitors to the apartments can enter from 9 am to 9 pm. They can only be in the apartments but cannot use the building's common areas, and up to 3 visitors are accepted at a time in the apartment. To register visitors in the Palmetto building, they must provide their valid ID. If you are a foreigner, you must present your valid passport. If you are Colombian, you must present your citizenship card if you are an adult, and if you are a minor, your identity card and/or your civil registry. If the minor is not accompanied by his parents, the responsible adult must provide the authenticated permission from the minor's parents, authorizing the adult in charge of the minor.
