Vó Carmosa Farmhouse

Chácara Vó Carmosa is a space for leisure, tranquility and coziness. Featuring a kiosk, barbecue area, three bathrooms, swimming pool, chalet and a beautiful 100-year-old mango tree in the middle of it all, we hope you feel welcomed to enjoy your best moments - including your pet animals, who will always be welcome :) Just 8 km from the city center and next to the Grande Lago, one of the tourist centers of our region. The space Beautiful centenary mango tree, of the sword mango variety, over 15 meters high. Pool: 11 x 4.5 m, up to 1.5 m deep, waterfall, table and side chairs. Large kiosk: 100 m², with counter, 32" TV, freezer, stove and barbecue. Outside bathrooms: next to the kiosk, two large bathrooms with showers. Cottage: 48 m² | Lower floor with bathroom, stove/cooktop, minibar, table and chairs, 42" Smart TV, 2 sofa beds and rustic tree trunk bench | Upper floor with double bed, LED lamp, 2 mini-benches, 32" TV and closet. Security: entire farm with fence and safe even for small pets, also with electronic gate at the entrance, in front of the highway. Note: outdoor parking. Other things to note 1. We accept pets of all sizes, as the farm is entirely fenced, with secure access on the highway via electronic gate! 2. The entire farmhouse, with our only chalet, is entirely available only to you during the reservation :)
