Fabulous white sand beach! Come to party, Stay for peace. The space PLAYA DEL KARMA gets its name from the good vibes of the home and the positive energy of the beach (playa). It definitely "puts you in a good place." It's located on the beach side of Delfin Villas, a small gated community. As the premier home in the complex, Playa del Karma has a secure patio fence and private beach access. All the main rooms face directly on the Pacific- perfect for watching romantic sunsets with good friends. Special points about Playa del Karma include: - This is a 2,800 sq. ft home with an open architectural plan that takes maximum advantage of its 180-degree, spectacular beach and ocean views - There's a comfortable large living room and Large screen TV with access to Netflix and selected English stations - There's Dependable, High speed internet throughout the house - The formal dining room seats 6, and breakfast bar will handle 4 -The kitchen has all the tools: blender, coffeemaker, toaster oven, microwave, refrigerator-freezer, airfryer...and plenty of serving gear. -There's a fully pressurized water system. The house has potable water throughout, but bottled water is also provided for drinking. There's also plenty of hot water for showers. - There are 3 large bed rooms with 5 large beds total (maximum 10 people) Balconies on all bedrooms face the ocean. - The house has AC wall units in the major rooms...but you'll use the room fans and sea breezes 8 months of the year - There are 4 Full Bathrooms with tempered glass showers. Guest access ABOUT PUERTO CAYO: Our village is known throughout Ecuador for its safe, peaceful beaches and excellent seafood. The word you will hear most often describing Pto. Cayo is "Tranquila." The white sand beaches are the kind you dream of walking on alone for miles. Fishing is the main industry here - there's amazing fresh shrimp and other seafood. The village of Puerto Cayo is only a 10 minute walk down the beach or a 3-minute Moto-taxi ride away. Along the Malecon there are lots of delicious local seafood restaurants. But you can also find a good restaurant with great pizza or a cold mojito. The village itself has several small grocery & beverage stores and good veggie-fruit markets if you're interested in grilling at home. Delfin Villas is situated on local bus & Mototaxi routes. Regular taxis are available for tours and transfers to other communities. Speaking of TOURS - within an hour you can take monkey-jungle tours or go take a tour boat to a Galapagos-like island to see blue footed boobies. There are several ecotourism walks and archeology hikes in the near vicinity. And then there's the surfing. Some of the best breaks in Ecuador are all along our coast. Other things to note Many other vacation properties say they are in Puerto Cayo, but in fact, you need a 10-20 minute taxi ride every time you want to get there. Delfin is actually IN Puerto Cayo. We are walking distance from the village center, the local restaurants and the bus routes.
