Handicap Accessible Private Studio Apartment, with a laundry facilities, a kitchen area with stove, sink and fridge, sitting area with sofa, table and chairs and use of decks. King bed, adjustable. The bathroom is fully handicap accessible (some equipment available upon request). Located on 10 acres and 5 miles from Hillsboro, OR, in the heart of Wine country and Willamette Valley Wine region 30 minutes from Portland. Golf course less than 3 miles away and several others within 15-miles. The space The room is a studio apartment with a queen size bed and sitting area. A foot stool has an extra twin size bed hidden in it. There is a TV, and internet, but no cable. You must use your own Internet programs (e.g. Netflix and Hulu). The location is quiet and private. The laundry is a stackable unit that is located in the apartment. There is plenty of room to get around in the apartment if you are in a wheelchair. The shower has a wall mounted chair. Some additional handicap equipment can be provided upon request. There is a wheelchair access ramp . Bring your own food and drinks and coffee. Cooking utensils and dishes are in the unit. There is a small refrigerator. Guest access Entrance to the place is private and a code will be provided for access. Surround porches and beautiful views abound!
