We do have neighbors and this is our full time home so we just ask that you treat it as if it were your own. Per the city of Austin short term rental ordinance the following rules apply to every vacation rental within city limits, with no exceptions: 1) Outdoor spaces are not available for use from 10:30 PM to 7 AM, 2) Parties and events are not permitted, 3) Occupancy limit of 6 unrelated adults.
