The Home is situated in the safe and private phase 5 in Ojochal, 10 minutes from the center and only 15 minutes to the beach! // 4x4 Needed. The space This two-story home features 3 bedrooms and an office/extra bedroom with French doors for privacy. There are also 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a guest bathroom downstairs. All bedrooms have balconies with either ocean or mountain views for sunsets and individual air conditioning. Downstairs is a fully stocked kitchen with ocean view breakfast table and bar. You will also find a formal dining and living room with smart T.V. and games, puzzles and books. As is customary in Costa Rican homes there is no a/c outside of the bedrooms. We now have a solar energy back up system to run the house for up to 6 hours in case of power outages. There are ceiling fans in all areas and lots of screened windows and doors to let in fresh air. There is an indoor laundry with washer and dryer for your use. We also provide beach chairs, umbrella and cooler for your use. Outside is a tropical garden with a private pool and outdoor grilling area complete with porch dining table and bar. If you go to the beach, you can rinse off in the outdoor garden shower. A two car private carport is for your use only. Guest access This listing is for the whole home. You will have access to all of Villa Colibri with its own pool and parking. This home is one of three houses that share a coded gate and driveway. None of the listed amenities are shared as all neighbors have their own private yards and pools as well as parking. Other things to note We provide high speed internet and cable. All 4 bedrooms have remote-controlled air-conditioning units. We provide all linens including pool/beach towels and shampoo, conditioner, soap and paper goods. We also provide detergent and dishwashing supplies. There is a portable cooler and beach blankets available as well. We recommend the use of insect repellent and sunscreen while in the area. May to November is rainy season in the OSA. Expect afternoon and or evening showers lasting 20 minutes to a few hours most days. 4x4 vehicles are especially recommended for your comfort and safety during those months.
