It is a spacious house, well located, 5 minutes from important areas such as La Minerva, Expo Gdl, Plaza del Sol, Plaza la Perla, La Gran Plaza, Chapultepec area, Hotel Ríu, Consulate, 20 minutes from downtown. Quickly connect with major roads such as Lázaro Cárdenas, Av. Vallarta, Mariano Otero, Lopez Mateos. There are 3 banking institutions 1km away (BBVA Bancomer, Banamex, Banorte). A Soriana store, an Oxxo and a Guadalajara Pharmacy are within a 10-minute walk. The space 2-level house, good speed internet, double bed with EMMA mattress with premium comfort for a better rest. The room has its private bathroom, desk, iron, fan and hair dryer. It is in a quiet area, with little traffic, but connected to major roads. The room has a 32" screen with the best apps on the market (Netflix, Disney, Stars, Prime Video, Vix). The street is wide and has plenty of space to park. There are 2 parking spaces inside the house. If it is important for you to keep the car inside the house, ask about availability. Guest access On the day of your arrival, you will be sent images with all the instructions and the access code so that you can enter independently. You'll take a set of keys in a lockbox. During your stay 3 rooms are rented on Airbnb. I live in the upper part of the house to give you support if you need it. During the day I work office hours, but as soon as I can I will give you the support you need. Other things to note - Gatherings with friends are not allowed. - It's important to let me know if the reservation is for someone else. - I am registered with the SAT (Tax Administration Service) for wages and salaries, so I would not be able to issue an invoice if you require it.
