Our farm is a super nice and cozy space for you to escape the daily routine, rest with your family, read, have a meeting with friends and have a lot of contact with nature. We are INSIDE A residential CONDOMINIUM with 9 MORE HOUSES!!!! It's 4,000 meters of land. If you want peace, tranquility, to escape the hustle and bustle, and breathe fresh air, come and visit our house. Our gourmet/barbecue space is delicious. The space Unique, spacious, airy, super nice and cozy space. Imagine a quiet place where you wake up to the sound of birds. The house has a super nice barbecue area, with a wood-burning stove, a nice sofa set, a pool table and a bathroom outside. Deck in front with outdoor chairs for a delicious moonlight or even a bonfire if you prefer (we have an outdoor fireplace) Fireplace next to the deck. Ideal for those who want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life, traffic and the hustle and bustle of the big city. There are 3 en-suite bedrooms, one with a king-size bed, the other with a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom with 4 single beds. A lovely table with 12 seats for meals. It is 5 km from BR, with 3 km of dirt road. 10 minutes from Renault I am opening my house to you. I hope you enjoy this delicious place and leave here enchanted by the wonder of the place. Guest access The condominium is on a dirt road that is 5 km from BR 277. Grocery stores, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants are 4 km away (in the neighborhood) Because the house is in a rural area of the metropolitan region of Curitiba. Next to Renault and a pharmacy. Also close to the wine route. Other things to note **** We don't have a pool ****We have animals on the property, chickens in the yard and a lovely Labrador (Meg,) who is super docile. ****It is a condominium, with 9 houses, mine is the first house in the condominium. ****We don't have a fence around the whole property, we're working on it. **** We have fiber optic Wi-Fi for you to work from home super comfortably indoors enjoying nature. **** The houses are more or less close to each other, about 100 meters to the next house ***** We allow barbecues and gatherings for a MAXIMUM of 30 people (but we have fees)
