Private Quaint Cottage

Come enjoy a peaceful and private getaway located in the back hills of Richford, NY - 30 minutes from downtown Ithaca and 40 from Binghamton. This quaint 2 story, 2 bed, 1 bath home is on 10 acres of it's own woods and trails and also overlooks 1180 acres of state forest. A short driveway inclines slightly to a level parking area. The cozy and relaxing front porch is stunning. However, please note the steep bank off the porch, making this cottage unsuitable for young children. The space This home is beautifully decorated in a simply country style. There are no neighbors in site and only one group of guests will have access to the property at a time. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house, porch and yard area. There is a fire pit for campfires! The garage will not be accessible. Other things to note Pets are welcome for an additional fee of $80 per stay. the pet fee will be taken out of the $100 security deposit.
