Ubatuba: House, Sun, Sea and Forest, 24-hour security

Architectural complex composed of two buildings, the main one equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, nautical garage, living and dining rooms, kitchen, pantry, toilet and service area with washer-dryer machine. It has 2 en-suites and 2 bedrooms, all with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi, cable Smart TV, armchair, fan, minibar and microwave. On the terrace, there is a gourmet area, barbecue, Wi-Fi, swimming pool with a beach and a stunning panoramic view of the Atlantic Forest. The space With 250 m² of built area, on a 420 m² plot, equipped with a swimming pool and barbecue area, this Summer House is the ideal place to comfortably accommodate up to 12 (twelve) guests, including children and adults. The House offers favorable conditions for a "home office," as it has high-speed broadband Internet (240 MB), provided through fiber optics and has four exclusive Wi-Fi networks. The House also offers total privacy and good security conditions, because it is located in a high-end, gated residential condominium, equipped with a 24-hour security system, with strict traffic control at the gate, motorized guards and surveillance cameras. The Condominium is surrounded by a river of crystal clear waters and surrounded by protected Atlantic Forest. The Condominium has a diversified sports and leisure infrastructure, which is made available to both residents and their visitors. It is worth mentioning its squares, gardens, lakes, soccer field, tennis court, multi-sport court, outdoor gym, kids space, doll houses, game room and hiking trail. Perfectly integrated into its environment, this Summer House was specially conceived and designed by renowned Rio de Janeiro architect Pedro Nogueira, to serve as an ideal place to stay, with comfort and safety, for the host's family or other possible families, couples and others interested in this type of accommodation. That is, for the use of privileged guests, with or without children, with or without pets, who seek in Ubatuba a comfortable and safe accommodation, which provides them with unforgettable days of joy, leisure, tranquility, peace, quiet and conviviality with the best beaches of the North Coast. The SOCIAL AREA of the House is in the main building, which has two floors. Namely: 1) Lower Floor, equipped with Wi-Fi and air-conditioning, which houses large combined dining and TV rooms, kids space, fully equipped kitchen, drinking fountain, pantry, laundry with tank and washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board, clotheslines, parking for four cars, balcony, hooks for hammocks, nautical garage to accommodate beach gear, toilet and beach shower; 2) Upper Floor or Terrace, also equipped with Wi-Fi and from where you have a privileged view of the Atlantic Forest. It contains: the gourmet area, barbecue area, freezer, WC, shower, swimming pool and storeroom. The BEDROOM SECTOR, which is separated from the main building by an internal garden, has 2 American suites and 2 bedrooms, all configured as autonomous units and that make up suitable environments to house guests with comfort and privacy, especially couples, whether alone or accompanied by children. Each en-suite has: double bed, single bed, armchair, minibar, large mirror on the wall, microwave, air-conditioning, fan, cable SmartTV and Wi-Fi. In order to further reinforce the good security conditions of the site, a monitoring camera is installed in the external corridor that separates the bedrooms. The House has a total of 5 bathrooms. Guest access Renting the House allows guests its exclusive use and access to all its facilities; except for the storeroom, which is the room where maintenance and cleaning materials are stored, and where the host family's private objects are kept. Other things to note PARTIES AND EVENTS ARE NOT PERMITTED! Please refrain from smoking indoors. Prior to check-in, for registration purposes and in advance: 1) the full name and ID of each of the guests, highlighting those who are children, with their respective ages; 2) the model, color and license plate of the vehicles that will enter the Condominium; 3) how many and which pets will be brought to the House. In the event of extra guests (above the number mentioned in the reservation), the responsible guest must request prior authorization and await the host's decision. If so, pay the additional fee for extra guests. ACCESS TO THE CONDOMINIUM BY PEOPLE AND VEHICLES NOT PREVIOUSLY REGISTERED WILL NOT BE ALLOWED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! In the event of any harmful occurrence during the stay, such as the breakage of any object owned by the host family, it must be immediately replaced or reported at the time the keys are handed over, for the purpose of reimbursement. When leaving, leave doors and windows closed, all garbage properly packed in plastic bags and placed inside the trash can located at the foot of the light post (located in the front of the House), in the morning. Collection is usually done daily by the Condominium staff, around 10 a.m. We use gas cylinders and always have a spare one for your convenience. If, during the stay, the gas runs out, I kindly ask you to replace it and notify the host for reimbursement purposes. The same guidance applies to the use of the water dispenser. If you use any consumer goods owned by the hosts, please replace them. Be kind to all neighbors, including not playing loud music and making excessive noise. During the Coronavirus pandemic, strictly obey the health protocol, do not gather, circulate through the Condominium with a face mask, always wash your hands and use hand sanitizer. Always respect, under any circumstances, the guidelines issued by employees and security guards, as well as the rules of the Condominium. Avoid fines! Observe the absolute quiet hours, from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. As the House is located in a Condominium situated in the Horto Florestal region, next to Serra do Mar, unexpected visits can happen, from the rich local fauna, such as those of some animals of the Atlantic Forest: birds, seagulls, hawks, owls, geese, lizards, opossums, etc. They are all harmless, so please don't harm them. If you need a cook, nanny, ironing person or someone to do general cleaning during your stay, you can bring the person you trust and prefer or we can refer one, for direct negotiation with advance payment. At the end of your stay and before checkout, try to leave the House in the same condition as you found it, turn off all air-conditioners and the freezer; wash kitchen utensils, dishes and cutlery; do not leave meat or any other type of food in the oven; disconnect the microwave and minibar outlets (these should be left with the door half open). Lock all the external doors of the rooms, depositing the respective keys in the Key Holder located on the Pantry wall. The key to the Social Entrance must be delivered, upon departure, directly to the host or the person representing him at checkout. Or, this key can be delivered to the Condominium Entrance, if that is the guidance received.
