The Denali Cabin - Gorgeous lofted cabin

The Denali cabin sits among 100 foot Sitka Spruce trees and glacier fed creeks. We offer the quietness of the Alaskan wilderness, but with all the amenities in spotlessly clean modern cabins, only minutes from downtown Seward! The space The beautiful Denali Cabin is set up to sleep 4 guests. You will find vaulted pine board ceilings and walls, and beautiful wood laminate floors. In the back you will find a crafty ladder leading up to a queen size memory foam mattress in the loft bedroom, which is above the main bedroom. The loft bedroom has small nightstands, a table lamp, and USB ports to recharge your electronics after a long day of sightseeing. The main bedroom below also has a queen size memory foam mattress with nightstands, a table lamp and USB ports, as well as a door to close off from the living room. The living room has a gorgeous brand new comfortable couch, a Wi-Fi TV, ready for your Hulu, Amazon, sling logins. There is a brand new heater, and a closet with plenty of hanging storage space, as well as extra chairs, and a fan to keep you cool on those warm summer days. the kitchen and bath are toward the front. The kitchen sports a stainless-steel microwave, a gas stove and oven, beautiful off white cabinets, with dark countertops, complete with coffee pot, Coffee, toaster, pots and pans, and all utensils needed for cooking delicious meals. The bathroom showcases a gorgeous 4 foot wide shower complete with two seats, a bathroom vanity, dual flush toilet, hot water on demand for wonderfully hot showers, towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner and even toothpaste and toothbrushes! Outside, you will find a common area with a fire pit, picnic table, horseshoes that are shared with the Bristol Bay, Sitka, and Kodiak cabins. There is a great Trex deck for the front porch, and your parking area is close. We have truly tried to think of everything so that you can simply show up with your clothes and food and have a wonderful weekend away, or maybe even a week exploring Seward! *note - Please dont let small children or any pets in the loft. Only those comfortable and able to climb the ladder should do so. We don't allow more than 4 people without prior approval. The local area is nestled in the Alaskan woods. The cabin is an easy walking distance to remote wooded trails past 100 foot Spruce trees and streams teaming with Salmon. You can walk up glacier fed creeks, spot moose and bear, and watch eagles soar above. We are located a short 10 minute drive from Seward, where you will find the historic downtown area, lots of shops in the small boat harbor, restaurants, deep sea fishing, whale watching, glacier viewing and much more. * Our listings state that we are Pet Friendly, but that is for one well behaved pet (on approval), unless you've contacted us prior and agreed to more. We generally do not accept more than two pets though. We also charge a one time $75 fee due to the extra cleaning that we need to do to be ready for the next guest that may not be a pet person. $200 charge for undisclosed pets. Pets must be on leash at all times, they can not be left alone, they can not bark or howl or be a nuisance while on the property. There are bags in the cabin for pet waste removal. ** Only 2 people allowed without prior approval. $100 per night fee for undisclosed guests. **If the dates you need are not available with this cabin, then please look for our "Kodiak", "Bristol Bay", "Attu Island" and "Sitka" cabins as well!! They are located in the same area. Guest access You have an electronic keypad, so you may arrive and leave as you need to. You will have access to the entire Denali cabin, as well as the common areas out front that have a firepit, picnic table, charcoal grill and horseshoes that are shared with the other cabins. There is also a coin-op washer and dryer across the parking lot. Other things to note Unfortunately due to past problems the following additional fees apply: * $100 for each additional person above the cabin maximum number. * $75 Pet fee per reservation. No more than 1 pet without prior approval. $200 fee for undisclosed pets * $200 fee for smoking inside the cabin * $400 fee for smoking marijuana inside the cabin (smell is harder to remove) * No boats or trailers.
