Downtown room, La Paz

Hi! I live in an apartment by myself and I am setting up a comfortable room for a guest. The room is private, furnished and suitable for one person, however, if there are two people we can coordinate. I have shared spaces: the kitchen, washing machine, bathroom-shower, living room, cable TV, unlimited WiFi. Everything is furnished. The space is ideal for a student or long-stay visitors. The location is central, and the Prado is a 10-minute walk away. The space The location is safe and close to downtown La Paz. Walking 10 minutes you already reach the Prado de La Paz. Guest access Kitchen, bathroom - shower, washing machine, living room, cable TV, unlimited WiFi. Other things to note The apartment is not large, so it is important that we keep it tidy and clean :)
