The Lake House: Rustic Charming and Cozy

Cozy lakeside house located in a beautiful reserve in formation, within Fazenda Esperança on the banks of the Highway in Eleutério, district of Itapira/SP. The Casinha contains two complete suites with a queen-size bed and a retractable single bed, a kitchen equipped with a stove, refrigerator, air fryer, coffee maker and kitchen utensils. Living room with Wi-Fi and smart TV. The house is surrounded by a wooden deck and contains the gourmet area with wood-burning barbecue area. The space The house has a rustic decor with new furniture and mattresses. It contains a small laundry room with a washing machine and sink, hammocks on the gourmet deck, another deck on the lake, a fire pit area, access to jet skiing and stand-up paddleboarding. The lake is clean with excellent bathing quality. We have a stand-up paddleboard and a kayak available for guests Guest access Our guests will have privacy and security in a large area with great beauty, nature and peace. They can bathe in the lake, kayak , as well as enjoy the sunshine and a light breeze over the lake deck. Can enjoy the sand court for beach tennis , hiking, running around the lake or even longer walks/runs (3 Km round trip) on our environmental reserve in formation and the evening enjoy the warmth of an outdoor fireplace, with the sky as a witness. Other things to note Our tap water is mineral, extracted from an artesian well on the farm itself.
