Located in a secure compound, it is surrounded by tropical gardens that boasts a swimming pool and private access to Grafton beach. The top floor apartment is well equipped with three bedrooms, air-conditioning throughout and only 20 minutes drive from the airport. There are a handful of lovely restaurants within walking distance and three supermarkets, all within 10 minutes drive!!! We have security cameras overlooking the pool and garden area, top loading and unloading area and garage carpark. There is no internal surveillance and the external cameras are only viewed in the unlikely event of a problem.
