Welcome to our cozy accommodation located 15 minutes from Lima's new airport! Our room for 3 people in a family atmosphere will give you the rest you need. We are surrounded by restaurants and shopping malls. Also, just minutes from the San Marcos stadium, ideal for resting before/after concerts. We offer you comfort and convenience in one package. The space ROOMS FOR EVERYONE Your stay will be fully assured as our rooms are fully equipped with all amenities such as private bathroom, hot and cold water, cable TV, Wifi, spacious and comfortable beds, and also includes amenities (personal towel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper). Our rooms are also located on the fourth floor of our family-owned hotel. FULLY EQUIPPED ROOM We've created a unique atmosphere in a common room area specially designed for our Airbnb guests. This area has a Smart TV, Wifi, and free-use appliances such as a microwave, coffee maker, thermos, fans, and complete tableware (cups, plates, spoons, knives, forks, glasses), giving you the opportunity to feel at home. YOUR SAFETY IS A PRIORITY Your safety is important to us, so we have a video surveillance system distributed throughout the accommodation: at the entrance, corridors and common areas.
