Everything you need is there: appliances, furniture and kitchen utensils. Other things to note Our Check-in (3 p.m.) and Check-out (11 a.m.) times, even if determined in the listing, can be discussed for flexibility according to the time and dynamics of the preparation. Our AP is set up for 4 guests. We have space for extra guests and provide a mattress and bed and bath linens. We charge R$ 50.00/day per extra guest. ATTENTION: We will charge for the consumption of ELECTRICITY used in the period. The amount is R$1.00 per Kwh, which will be charged at the time of Check-out. A reading of the Energy meter will be made at the entrance and another reading at the exit. COMPLIANCE WITH FAIRMONT REGULATIONS Guests are obliged to comply with the FAIRMONT INTERNAL REGULATIONS (available in the apartment and in a PDF sent to the person responsible for the reservation), and will be held liable in case of non-compliance and subject to FINES.
